Palmerston North Airport Ltd is a limited liability company that was formed in December 1989.

The company has issued 9,195,000 Ordinary Shares. 5,800,000 shares which had previously been partly paid, are now fully paid up.

Since 30 November 2006, all shares are held by the Palmerston North City Council.

The company has a wholly owned subsidiary company, Freightgate Ltd.
