1. Were can I get help about flying?
Airlines provide a lot of helpful information.

2. Do you know of courses to overcome anxiety of flying?
"Flying Without Fear" courses are held from time to time in the larger New Zealand cities. The four, four-hour sessions are conducted in association with Air New Zealand, and are supplemented with video tapes and course notes.
