1. Is internet and email access available at the terminal building?
Yes.
Terminals are located on the mezzanine floor at the top of the stairs by the check-in counters.

2. How much does internet access cost?
An introductory special applies until further notice - 66 cents for each 5 minute period, plus a 20 cent logon fee.
Payment is made by purchasing a multi-use pre-pay card - available in $2, $5 or $10 denominations as required.

3. How does the pre-pay card work?
The prepay card provides you with a personal PIN number - keep it safe as that controls your use of the service.
Logon to a terminal by entering your PIN number.
Remember to log off at the end of your session. Any credit remaining on the card of 5 minutes or more value can be used at any later time up to 12 months after the card PIN number is first used.

4. What happens if I lose my card or PIN number?
It is your responsibility to retain your PIN number and keep it confidential.
The operators of the internet service take no responsibility for loss of card or PIN number (only the PIN is necessary to operate the terminals).

5. Where can I purchase pre-pay cards?
Pre-pay cards may be purchased from the following locations:
- The cafeteria on the mezzanine floor of the terminal
- The Palmerston North International Airport office reception located at the end of the hallway on the mezzanine floor above the check-in counters - during office hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm excl public holidays
- The Currency Exchange service desk (at the check-in counters) at all times when departing international flights are being processed
- The carpark kiosk at the exit from the main carpark - at all times
Cards are in $2, $5 or $10 (incl GST) denominations, and may be purchased by either cash or EFTPOS. Cheques are not accepted.

6. Are there 'terms and conditions' that apply to use of the internet service?
Yes, detailed 'Terms and Conditions of Use' are available from the offices of Palmerston North International Airport, and are also displayed at the internet terminals.

7. What happens if a terminal is not available after I've bought a card?
Every effort is made to have the terminals available at all times, however the operator is unable to guarantee availability. You can try again at a later time.
The operator makes all effort to keep the terminals maintained and usable. They also have capacity to increase the number of terminals where usage delays access to a terminal. Please let the staff at Palmerston North International Airport know on any occassion where you are delayed or denied access to a terminal.
