Fly Ezi ID can be set up easily. There is no set up cost for a PIN number ID. A proximity card ID costs $10 (inc GST) to set up for each card or replacement card. PIN numbers can be changed at any time without cost by contacting the airport office during office hours. An initial credit of $300 (inclusive of GST) is required to establish a Fly Ezi ID. Parking costs are deducted from the ID credit account at the same price as casual short or longterm parking. A monthly statement provides details of all transactions.

Top up with minimum amounts of $100 at any time. Pay for top-ups at the carpark kiosks by cash, EFTPOS or credit card; or by credit card over the phone; or by post.

The Fly Ezi ID is cancelled if it is allowed to run out of credit.

Any remaining credit on a Fly Ezi ID account can be transferred to another ID card or PIN at the users request or refunded in full if the Fly Ezi ID is closed.
