![]() Meeting rooms for hire A choice of three Meeting Rooms is available for hire at the airport. These convenient and pleasant surroundings in the terminal building suit groups of up to 15 people or up to 30 in theatre style. Catering assistance is also available as required. The rooms are $60 (inclusive of GST) per half day with discounts for longer periods.
Enquiries and bookings can be made at Palmerston North International Airport, We can help with tea/coffee, morning/afternoon teas, or lunch. Some conference equipment avalable to hire with the rooms.
No restriction on use of external caterers (no equipment ovens/heating available)
